Sally Abé - The Pem



This glamorous restaurant based in Westminster, London, aims at British cuisine sophistication. The name of the restaurant The Pem was inspired by Emily Wilding Davison and the impact that she spearheaded in equal rights for women in the UK. The famous chef and founder Sally Abé was previously Head Chef at the Michelin-starred Harwood Arms and was identified as ‘Chef to Watch’ in the National Restaurant Awards 2019. This place is championing and empowering women in hospitality.


Esra Muslu - Zahter



Zahter was founded by the chef Esra Muslu and her sister Yasemin Efe. The restaurant is based in Soho, London, and thanks to it's talented team of this place offers traditional Turkish food, Istanbulite cuisine. Go with your friends and family or lean into the private dining and party services they offer. Esra took the London hospitality by storm when she returned after opening her first restaurant Moreish in Istanbul in 2007, a fine-dining concept located in the city’s Beyoğlu district. Until today, she has successfully launched seven restaurants!


Judy Joo - Seoul Bird



Seoul Bird is a Korean Street Food restaurant with a Click & Collect option also based in London. The restaurant created a few years ago by Judy Joo and Andrew Hales. Chef Judy Joo is known for her 5 years as head of the restaurant Jinjuu, and bought over her experience to Seoul Bird in their speciality extra crispy Korean fried chicken, savory barbecue chicken, rice bowls that bursting with flavour, and the most satiating burgers stacked high and filled with umami ingredients. They have two locations, one in Jubilee Place and another one in Westfield.


Lauren Irlam - Nibble NQ



Nibble NQ is an amazing place that includes a cake bakery, a brunch cafe and online shop all with hospitality at its core. The place was founded by Lauren Irlam, is based in Manchester and embodies everything you would hope for in your next favourite brunch spot. With everything made in-house and manage by a team of remarkable women, Nibble is sure to offer you a great experience and the freshest of treats. Nibble NQ also offers vegan and gluten free options, making sure to cater to everyone.


Sarah Gallacher - Cocoa Cabana



Cocoa Cabana is an award winning sweets & afternoon teas go-to, based in Ancoats, and West Didsbury, Manchester. The team that runs this tasty place offers chocolate and cocktails making classes, tasting events and has a large choice of original home made pasteries. The founder Sarah launched her chocolate business in 2012, after training as a chocolatier at Slattery's in Whitefield and then opened her first shop in West Didsbury, having been so successful that she bought a second shop further down in the same road.


Katy Saide - TROVE



TROVE is a Sourdough Bakery, Patisserie and Café based in Manchester since 2011, with cafes in Ancoats, Levenshulme and Central Manchester, Marble Street. The TROVE team makes a range of seasonal tray bakes, tarts and sweet savoury pastries available daily at their cafes. TROVE is an ideal place to meet up with friends or colleagues and can also be booked for events, collaborations, supper clubs, workshops.


Anna Søgaard - Erst



Anna Søgaard is sous chef at Erst in Ancoats, London, a natural restaurant and wine bar. Anna grew up between Florida and Copenhagen, and before joining Erst in 2019, she spent time at the Nordic fine dining restaurant, which has since earned well-deserved accolades. The menu is a collection of small plates designed for sharing and the dishes change depending on what's in season and the quality of the produce available, making every visit a unique dining experience.


Ann Chambers - Istay Apartments



Istay Apartments is a the go-to destination for party apartments based in Liverpool. Created by Ann Chambers over a decade ago, with the idea of offering a luxury affordable accommodation for everyone in the UK who wants to have fun birthday parties, hen parties, stag parties, sports getaway, or even just for a visit! Istay has apartments in Temple Court, Duke Street, The Merchant, Maison Townhouse, just to name a few.


Victoria Platt - Wine Freedom



Victoria Platt is the General Manager of Wine freedom, a wine shop and venue based in Digbeth, Birmingham. You can buy their products online but also book a tasting on the bar with fresh and natural wines Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays. It is also possible to book tables for private hire and corporate events for your business. Wine Freedom has won the prestigious 'AA Wine List of The Year Award'.


Roberta Hall-McCarron - The Little Chartroom



The Little Chartroom is a Restaurant and Wine Bar based in Edinburgh run by Roberta Hall-McCarron. As a founder and Chef, she cooks with her team delicious mixture ofFrench, British, Scottish, European cuisine. Roberta also created Eleanore, which is also a Restaurant and Wine bar, and a part of The Little Chatroom family. They offer vegetarian, vegan, and gluten free options.


Virginie Brouard - La P’tite Folie



La P’tite Folie or "The Little Madness" in English is a Restaurant based in Edinburgh which has been serving contemporary and traditional French Cuisine since 2003. Here you can taste their delicious and typical french dishes with vegetarian and gluten free options! The founder of the restaurant Virginie Brouard, is French born, and is also the founder of Le Di-Vin, an award winning wine bar in Edinburgh, located next door to La P'tite Folie.


Alice Kabala - Kabala Kitchen



Kabala Kitchen is a Vegan comfort food found in Bristol. The restaurant was founded in 2016 by Alice Kabala, who is also the chef at this take-away only venue. The cooks specialize a lot of dishes from a variety of cuisines, like Mac 'N' cheese, Mexican Pie, Lasagna, Enchiladas and more, always with an innovative and healthy twist. Kabala Kitchen's menu is 100% plant-based and brings a big focus to sustainability.


Harriet Mansel - Robin Wylde & Lilac Wine


Harriet Mansell is a chef with a long history in hospitality. She has worked for several Michelin star kitchens in London, in the yacht industry as a private chef for big name clients, and is currently running two restaurants, both are listed on the Michelin Guide and based in the South of the UK.



The first one, Robin Wylde, based in Lyme Regis has a tasting menu of local produce and

focused on vegetables, seasonality, foraging, the reduction of waste and sustainability.



And the second one, Lilac Wine, the sister restaurant and wine bar, also offers seasonal and local produce, small plates, wine, beer, cider and specialty coffee.
