Yvette is an accomplished HR, Talent, and People Development professional with a corporate career spanning over a decade, working across global geographies and complex stakeholder environments.

She has worked extensively with individuals, teams and organisations to harness leadership talent, drive culture transformation and build talent management and development programmes aimed at identifying, supporting and developing diverse and high-potential talent pools to ensure optimal alignment between people and roles.

Her own journey to self-development and personal growth really started 16 years ago when she moved from South Africa to the UK. What was meant to be a 2 year working holiday turned into a life changing experience of self-funding her University Education (with plenty of ups and downs) and working full time which led on to her building a successful career and pursuing her passion for Professional Coaching.

She is a Creative Career and Personal Development Coach, Certified Motivational Maps® Coach and Practitioner and i-act Accredited Mental Health Instructor working with individuals to design, reimagine and explore what the future could look like.

Her passion is to help people put the heart back into their working lives and achieve their full (often untapped) potential - both personally and professionally!
