Xaira Perez is the Financial Operations Manager at Stack Modular Structures, a Canadian modular construction company that provides modular units all over the world. Originally from Spain, Xaira moved to Ireland right after completing her Business Administration Bachelor’s Degree. During her time there, she obtained the Qualified Financial Advisor certification and an ACCA accreditation at DBS. She also gained valuable experience working for Barclays bank and Friends First. She loved and misses her time there! After several years in Dublin and in search of new challenges, Xaira embarked on a journey to Shanghai (China) where she began working for the Peruvian public sector at the Economic and Commercial Office of Peru in Shanghai. In 2014 she joined Stack, her current company, where she manages the day-to-day financial operations for the international group of Stack companies. Financial Planning, cash flow management, and high- level financial reporting for management and Stack’s publicly traded partners are also amongst her many responsibilities. She loves helping people, especially women. After knowing and working with women from different countries she can see we all face the same issues and problems on a day-to-day basis, inside and outside the workplace. We need to support each other! On the personal side, she has a 14-month-old baby and is really loving it!
