Tracy is the founder of Career Rejuvenation. She's originally from Dublin and she relocated to London just over 8 years ago, and very much has one foot in each city. Her corporate career spanned over 15 years, reaching senior leadership Human Resources positions with responsibilities for financial services companies across Europe. Before becoming ‘unstuck’ and following a long held career ambition to set up her own business providing Executive Career and Leadership Coaching.

Tracy's sweet spot is working with clients who have become stuck in their career, know that a change is needed but unsure how to go about it. She helps clients to create options and make their own career ‘luck’ by defining their personal brand and cultivating an effective and diverse network.

Her background is a blend of practical business experience combined with expertise in Coaching with Neuroscience, Leadership Development, NeuroLinguistics Programming, Change Management and Career Counselling.
