Tracey is a Business Coach. At 16, she left school with only CSE. In her twenties, she began to move into managerial positions and spent 25 years as a Director in the Local Authority, leading and managing numerous services. She has led significant business transformations: serving the community and supporting her staff and colleagues whilst ensuring they provided excellent services. She then set up and ran a large waste company for the Local Authority. Now she runs her own small Business offering clients Business coaching, mentoring, and training so they can grow their own business and develop their people to reach their full potential. At the core of what she does is having the mental fitness to tackle life’s challenges with a positive mindset.
