Timea is a qualified fitness instructor and personal trainer who is passionate about all things related morning routines (including mindfulness, nutrition, physical exercise, mental health and self-care practices) and the endless positive effects they can have on our day-to-day lives. She founded her company Meaningful Mornings Ltd to help busy professional women make the most of their time before their workday starts and improve their health and happiness through a meaningful morning routine. As well as running her own business, she works full-time in project management and has held various senior leadership positions throughout her career in customer service and retail. She has experienced severe burnout and struggled with anxiety and depression for a significant amount of time and the fear of never being good enough has held her back from really going for her dreams before. She discovered the power of morning routines while searching for a way to improve her mental and physical health and it is because of this that she now feels excited about her days ahead when she wakes up. She now wants to help other women feel the same.
