Sirafima Lomonossova is a Training Manager with North Caspian Operating Company N.V. (NCOC). Currently pursuing coaching certification ACSTH/ACTP with CTA, she has a Masters Degree in Business Administration. Sirafima supports leaders, individuals and teams, through personal and team coaching. She enjoys working with different nationalities and corporate cultures. Sirafima started her career in Human Resources and has held various senior leadership positions in the International Oil companies, in Kazakhstan and the Middle East. She has extensive experience in HR processes design and HR strategy formulation. Over time, she has come to specialize in designing and implementing leadership programmes, behavioural frameworks, and employee development processes. Her pragmatic approach ensures that these directly translate into a high level of employee engagement, achievement of professional goals, and ultimately improved organizational performance. Sirafima’s practical experience in Compensation and Benefits, Staff Training and Development, Recruitment and Resourcing is a solid resource of knowledge to deal with the challenges in career and business. She is able to generate solutions and provide with win-win solutions for all the parties. Her mentoring abilities support and help to accomplish projects or reach goals with outstanding results. Sirafima started her working career at Atyrau State University (graduated with honor) in 2001, as a Teacher of English. She established a Grammar and Translation skills program for Translation Department. In 2002 she joined Worley Parsons as a Translator and Teacher of Russian. In 2003 she had been invited to Agip KCO for administrative role in Training Department, and that was the beginning of her excelling and moving forward. Already in a short time she had adjusted the functioning of HSE Training, Administration process, and was involved into projects and activities. She could grow, develop, acquire and implement all the obtained knowledge and practices at the working place that helped her to build career and become one of the company leaders. Now, a coach and mentor, her goal is to motivate an inspire individuals, groups and team leaders to explore and unlock their potential for success.
