Sinead is a Self Employed Business Coach. Having spent almost 30 years developing a senior career in Higher Education as a HR/Leadership lecturer and Head of School, Sinéad knows only too well the challenges women face in climbing the corporate ladder whilst remaining authentic, passionate, and true to themselves. Sinéad has successfully led and coached individuals and teams through adversity and growth. Following on from a life-changing cancer diagnosis, Sinéad knew she would never be able to continue working at the pace she was so took the decision to step back from the corporate world and focus on re-designing her life and career. This led to a trip back to College to qualify as an accredited Executive Coach and Behavioural Analyst. She has an incredible passion for education and learning and wanted to ensure that this part of her work continued so she now lectures in Leadership and Change Management for UCD Professional Academy and HR Management for Dublin Business School. As a coach, she has a proven track record of improving organisational and individual performance through professional educational and practical solutions enabling both learners and staff to achieve their true potential with enthusiasm and freedom. Her other passion is assisting women, who like her, have faced a life-changing event and need assistance in "picking up the pieces" and creating a new path for themselves.
