Sarah is the founder of Earthology. Sarah is passionate about sustainability and saving the planet! She believes companies can be both Planet Positive and make a profit. Her background is a combination of both Human Resources (CIPD Associate) and Horticulture (RHS trained) and she has more than 20 years of experience in talent management and five years of horticultural and sustainability experience. After working in talent management and recruitment in London, Amsterdam and Dublin, she started her own Executive Search company in 2011.

In 2019, after studying Sustainability at Cambridge University, she established Earthology to help companies and individuals on their journeys to becoming greener businesses, one step at a time! She is passionate about communicating sustainability practices to businesses and individuals in a straightforward way, through talks, workshops and strategy. She believes that putting sustainability at the heart of what your business does will reduce risk, boost staff engagement and increase revenue.
