Sandra Laurie, the owner and founder of Sandra Laurie Coaching, boasts over 16 years of international experience in HR, leadership, business development, and senior management. In 2022, she made the courageous decision to step away from her senior corporate role and pursue her life's passion—to support women in creating the life and career they aspire to. Having personally experienced the challenges of sitting in boardrooms, navigating office politics, and battling imposter syndrome, confidence issues, and self-doubt throughout her own career, Sandra is well-equipped to empathize with and guide her clients.

At the peak of her corporate journey, Sandra served as a Chief Human Resources Officer for a large international organization. While she has enjoyed a diverse and vibrant career, her most significant personal challenge came when she took the leap to be brave, venture out on her own, and launch her own business. During this transformative phase, she put her extensive knowledge and skills to the test. Sandra holds a diploma in human resources management, has completed train-the-trainer programs, and has actively participated in numerous courses and workshops to advance and develop her leadership abilities. More recently, she trained as a professional coach to provide the utmost guidance and support to her clients.

Beyond her professional achievements, Sandra is a mother of two young children and a trusted friend who understands the challenges women face while climbing the career ladder. She knows firsthand the juggling act and the feeling of teetering on the edge of burnout. Having gone through these experiences, Sandra now stands as a business owner who is crystal clear about her values, strengths, core capabilities, and superpowers. Her mission is to share her secret sauce with women everywhere and contribute to the rise of more female leaders across the globe.
