Rhian is the founder of Cariad & Co.

Mentoring and coaching is a passion of hers. So much so for the last 18+ years she's made it her career! Her journey of self development started at 19 years old, when her mentor at the time gave her a book to read on 'Spiritual Laws' which changed her perspective on life.

Rhian's career has always involved teaching and supporting people to reach their full potential; from software that makes their job easier to learning soft skills that enable them to communicate more effectively with people. Her background in both business and psychology along with an unwavering passion for helping people operate at their best has shaped the areas she focuses on; Leadership, Mindset & Performance and Life Coaching.

Rhian works with private clients or on behalf of a business with Executives, Leadership teams, Founders and Entrepreneurs in creative start-ups or established enterprise organisations in the media and technology space. Supporting them to develop the skills, awareness, resilience and authenticity they need in their business, role or life.

Rhian is passionate about working with women to help them create something they can be proud of and giving them the self belief and confidence to go for it. We need more women feeling like they are supported to do great things in this world. It's her mission to help empower high value, badass women to challenge their thinking and reframe their limiting beliefs to master their mindset and emotions so they can level up in life and live on their terms!
