Paula is a Business Owner at Fluent Virtual Accounting. Having qualified as a Chartered Accountant and Chartered Tax Adviser in 2012 while working in KPMG, Paula then spent 8 years working in an Irish Plc. During this time she was responsible for a wide range of international tax matters, which included spending a year in the US. Paula also led a tax technology software implementation and project managed cross-functional teams during her time there. After having her second child in 2020, she decided to leave employment and set up her own business as an accountancy practice. Paula now offers accounting, tax and virtual CFO services to startups and SMEs, predominantly online services and ecommerce businesses. Paula has a passion for business and is a huge advocate of cloud accounting technology to aid strategic decision making and help businesses reach their full potential.
