Onalenna is a passionate young lady who has found her ground in the Finance dept. She has been working in this field for over 7years and currently holds a position of Finance Director at Kingsley & Associates.

Her journey is a remarkable one as she displays leadership skills that translate to driving the vision to each team member. Ms Maphosa always motivates her team that growth is an essential part of everyone and they should embark in a journey of finding themselves beyond just the workplace. She portrays this as she continues to ask herself what more can I learn so I equip my team. Ms Maphosa continues to help her team climb up the ladder by assisting them and teaching them new concepts that arise on the field.

Holding this challenging position and having to be a daughter and sister, Onalenna tries by all means to always ask herself: "How best can I give back to my community?". She is more than thrilled to embark on this journey and to be helping others discover their full potential.
