Michelle is a Senior HR professional (Chartered MCIPD) and Certified coach (IAPC&M) with over 15 years experience in HR working across IT/Marketing and Sales, Financial Services and Government/Public service sector industries including multinationals. She has worked in Ireland and the UK in roles such as Head of HR/HR Manager, Senior Consultant/Advisor and Business Partner in organisations of 300+ employees. She has worked in three startup businesses, where she has grown organisations from 0 employees and setup HR functions from scratch. She is originally from Wales in the UK, and moved to settle in Dublin 7 years ago. She began her career in the Armed Forces as a HR Clerk, where she served six years, including a tour of Iraq. She progressed from there to formally studying HR Management and attained her Masters Degree in 2009 whilst building up her HR experience up to the present day. Michelle qualified as a Coach 3.5 years ago and began coaching on a pro bono basis alongside a full time HR lead role in a Dublin-based EMEA HQ software multinational. In November 2020, Michelle decided to pursue her goal of setting up her Coaching and HR Consulting business full time and she's now pooling all of her HR and Coaching expertise to help clients drive the change in their lives and/or careers that they seek. Michelle specialises in Career, Leadership and Life Coaching and she also coaches HR professionals and small businesses (without HR support). Her key passion is to empower, grow and transform others both personally and professionally. She offers 1-2-1 coaching, workshops and seminars.
