Margaret Kavanagh set up Margaret Kavanagh Nutrition to help busy professional women with unhealthy dietary and lifestyle habits to make the switch from exhausted to energised so they can win at work and thrive in life.
Before starting her own business, Margaret worked in the corporate world for over 20 years in Senior Marketing positions developing expertise in strategy, branding, communications, online and offline marketing campaigns and events. A key part of her management role was coaching, developing and mentoring team members, something she found hugely rewarding and enjoyable.
In 2019, Margaret took the plunge on a long-held ambition to be an entrepreneur, combining her interest in nutrition with coaching and re-trained as a Nutrition & Lifestyle Coach.
With first-hand experience of the impact on stress on your work and home life, Margaret is passionate about creating bespoke and personalised nutrition and lifestyle plans that work for each person’s unique body and busy lifestyle.
Her mission is to re-energise women who are exhausted by their never ending to do list and lack of self-care to control their weight, manage stress, improve sleep, and create realistic exercise programmes. All without calorie counting or spending hours in the gym.
