Louise is an Account Executive at Salesforce. She began her career as a teacher in the United Arab Emirates and soon realised that she wanted to problem solve and educate on a larger scale. She decided to make a complete career change by applying for a Masters in Marketing Practice. Here she gained experience in working on client facing projects for both start-ups and Multi-National organisations conducting market research, social media management, behavioural analysis and more. Although she loved researching, she knew from meeting with clients, collaborating on goals and presenting findings to them that she aspired to work in a customer facing role. Thus starting her sales journey with Salesforce.com where she began in sales and business development, sourcing and creating new opportunities for start-ups, scaling and global organisations and then transitioned into Account management, where she works with new and existing clients, to determine their needs, support their growth and ensure they are successful with the power of technology.
