Lorna is a marketing leader with experience ranging across data and insights, proposition development, digital, communications, brand and overall commercial strategy. Her experience has seen her work in start-up, indigenous brands as well as large global corporates. Through her career Lorna has led large and diverse teams and mentored people inside and outside of her organisation. She has seen the challenges and opportunities faced by individuals as they grow their career, develop themselves personally and professionally as well as grow their families. Having balanced leadership roles and three young children Lorna has direct experience of the balancing act many people face! Recently Lorna has taken time out from the workplace to commit to a full time MSc in Strategy & Innovation in Maynooth University.
