Jennifer's journey began after the birth of her second son during lockdown. Having previously worked in a HR capacity, she made the decision to return to work part-time. As fate would have it, she found herself in a female-run biotech company where she instantly discovered her passion. This newfound enthusiasm led Jennifer to start her own company, offering DNA, Drug, and Alcohol testing services at a higher level than what was currently available in Ireland. Notably, her company became the first 100% Irish-owned business in this field.

Jennifer's company quickly gained recognition, attracting clients from state bodies, private businesses, and members of the public. She relished every minute of her entrepreneurial journey, finding every aspect of starting a company fascinating. Through this experience, she not only found her footing but also gained confidence, resulting in a life-changing transformation.
