Georgina is the Operations Director at McKenna Utility Services. She started her career in Ireland in 2002 for a large multinational - She went back to college and studied and climbed the corporate ladder. In 2015, she was responsible for the companies Global procurement team, policies, processes and managing the annual spend of $8billion. After having her 3rd child, she was made redundant. She was at a loss as to what to do and decided to try something new and go out on her own after being badly burnt. She set up an online social network for women who where looking to make friends, it grew really quickly, she won awards, was on the TV, radio, magazines but she was so unhappy and stressed! After 2 years, she walked away from it all. She has spent the last 4 years managing other peoples companies from Food safety to Software, whilst searching for the holy grail "Work life balance". Juggling her ambition, her working week and her role as a Mammy to 3 and a wife, whilst also "helping" run the family business.... 2022 has brought about more change as she has now left her full time role behind to focus on growing her own family business, focus on her family and probably most importantly focus on herself and what she would like from the next chapter of her career.
