Erika is a Certified Coach and Mentor specialised in supporting ambitious professional women to design their dream careers and lives. Before Coaching, she worked in corporate for 10 years, successfully leading account management teams across different European markets. As well as developing their business strategies, she always focused heavily on the personal development and career progression of her teams, knowing that happy employees are motivated employees which in turn positively impacts company results. After 10 years and some soul searching, Erika realised that Coaching other people, helping them recognise and achieve their fullest potential was what she loved to do. She decided to leverage her skills, expertise and passion for helping others and transitioned into professional coaching in 2020. She holds ICF-ACC credentials and is now also completing her EMCC certification. She is trained in Positive Intelligence, Emotional Intelligence, NLP, Non-violent communication, Neuroscience and Negotiation. Infusing her professional knowledge, credentials and personal experience, she designed the Authentic Career Accelerator programme which launched in 2021.
