Eileen is a Director and Consultant. She opened Dublin's first Day Spa-The Buff Day Spa in 2002 with two business partners providing a wide variety of beauty and holistic treatments. In 2006, the business from six to eleven treatment rooms as well as a Sauna, Tranquility Room and Relaxation Area. Over the years, Eileen bought out both business partners and started to both grow the business further by expanding into the medispa market. Then, due to serious health issues, she had to work on systemizing the business to run without her day to day involvement. She now has an amazing team of fifteen who she manages remotely, visiting The Buff Day Spa approximately once every two weeks. She is delighted to celebrate twenty years in business this December. She lives in the midlands and has started a consultancy business specialising in business systemisation and mentoring other business owners to help them achieve the work life balance that she enjoys. Other areas that she helps business owners with are: Developing KPI’s, Staff Performance Metrics, Strategic Planning, Gross Profit Analysis, Time Management and Reduction of Wastage.
