Corrina is the founder of Kind & Conquer. She’s a qualified personal development coach and audience marketing consultant. She set up Kind & Conquer with the ambition of providing a safe, trusted space for ambitious creatives, entrepreneurs and professionals to prioritise their personal growth and professional development without sacrificing their wellbeing. Kindness is one of the core values of her business; she believes that kindness, both giving and receiving, is immensely important in helping individuals and businesses conquer their goals. Ireland born and bred, her career to date has taken her from Dublin to London, where she has been based since 2014. She’s a big music fan so it’s no surprise that her background is in the music and entertainment industry, where her passion for music and pop culture and a natural flair for communications led her to work with some of the most influential pop artists, managers, creatives and online talent in the business. While she enjoyed incredible experiences and great success with her team, she quickly came to understand the implications of working in such a fast-paced, demanding and stressful environment. In the pursuit of professional success and to fulfil expectations, we often leave our true selves behind. By running on auto-pilot and continuously putting others first we lose sight of our personal growth and the vision for our lives. Eventually, this takes its toll on our mental, emotional and physical wellbeing. External achievements come but often at our own expense, leading to lack of fulfilment and burnout. Coaching came into her life at the right time and while she’s always been an advocate for self-development and a champion of self-care, she understands now more than ever how our personal stability, growth and overall wellbeing impacts our experience of the world and how we show up in our personal and professional relationships.
