Claire is an executive, career and life coach. She set up her own coaching practice after some significant personal and professional life events that changed her priorities. She realised she needed to take the career advice she had been dishing out for several years - "figure out a way to do more of the stuff that you love, in the precious waking hours that you have, inside and outside of work’".

Claire has a psychology background and she's an EMCC executive & career coach, alongside 10 years as a sales leader in Google and 10 years in global and local ad agencies. She now works 1:1 with clients to effectively tackle career & life decisions and draw on her training and experience in front-line business, career coaching, leadership, mentoring & people management. Claire has lived and worked abroad, she's been promoted, held Board of Management positions, changed roles, returned after maternity leave twice and sick leave once, been through a redundancy & experienced thriving working environments.
