Carol is the founder of Redstorm Communications. She established the company in 2002 to provide clear and strategic marketing communications to both corporates and SMEs. In recent years, her personal focus has moved towards Professional Personal Branding for women and now Carol mainly works with women going towards leadership roles, those pivoting, facing redundancy, post maternity re-entry and women in STEM. Carol brings all her energy, enthusiasm and focus to her Professional Personal Branding, Communications and Advisory roles, to create the clarity, confidence, and strategy that clients need to grow with impact, style and authenticity. She works with them to create impactful Personal Brands, strong Communications, Strategic Networks, clear and fully developed LinkedIn Profiles and to develop trust and belief in their leadership styles and in themselves. Alongside this, Carol helps her clients on business development strategies and as a business mentor. Carol also regularly runs in-company programmes and masterclasses focused on Personal Branding, Strategic Leadership, Communications and LinkedIn Development, and she is a regular international keynote speaker and conference MC.
