Brona is the COO of Paycheck Plus. Her journey started over 20 years ago with Deloitte as a trainee Chartered Accountant. When she qualified, Brona held various different financial control and management roles in a wide range of industries including FMCG, advertising, banking and computational software until she accepted her current role as Manager of a Payroll Services Bureau. Now, as COO, working towards a Masters in Business Practice with the IMI, Brona role has evolved into individual and Team coaching and mentoring (IMI Diploma completed), leadership development (IMI Diploma completed), operational excellence (currently undergoing Lean SixSigma green belt qualification) and facilitation. As a mother of a seven and nearly four year old with a husband who does shift work, life is busy but hugely rewarding and Brona would be really delighted to support women in a similar position to herself with whom she can impart the experience she has gained along the way. In addition to this, she's about to set up her own company based on her experience to date to include the areas above that she is currently working on.
