Brona is a Director and COO of Paycheck Plus, a global award-winning payroll outsource bureau with offices in Ireland and the UK. Her journey started over 25 years ago with Deloitte as a trainee Chartered Accountant in the Audit Department. Once qualified, Brona held various financial, leadership and management roles in a wide range of industries including FMCG, advertising, banking, software and financial services. Now, as Director and COO of Paycheck Plus operationalising the organisation’s, strategy, culture and vision while working towards a Masters in Business Practice with the IMI, Brona’s role has evolved into individual and Team coaching and mentoring (IMI Diploma completed), leadership development (IMI Diploma completed), operational development and transformation (IMI Diploma completed) and facilitation. More recently, drawing on her skillset, expertise and experience to date, she has set up her own consultancy practice, GRO Consulting which focuses on reframing, reorganising and restructuring individual, Team and organisational purpose, people and processes. As a mother of two young children with a husband who does shift work, life is busy but hugely rewarding. Brona would be proud and delighted to support women in a similar position to herself with whom she can impart the experience she has gained on her journey to date.
