In the fabric of my life, childhood dreams of a harmonious world became the guiding thread to unlock true success and happiness. Following my dreams and born in Turkey, I embarked on my journey as a PhD student in Finland. This pursuit of positive transformation led me to explore the fundamental principles of behavioral change, culminating in the development of a coaching model that received international acclaim in Denmark That journey led me to the University of Dundee, spearheading a coaching initiative for prisoners . witnessing firsthand the transformative power of building resilience in their lives via coaching. Little did I know, this resilience would soon become my own lifeline. In 2018, faced with professional uncertainty and my mother's stroke, I became her sole caregiver. Balancing her care with job hunting and nurturing a new relationship demanded unwavering resilience, shaping my outlook into one of opportunity amidst adversity. Recognizing the pandemic's toll on women's work-life balance and wellbeing, I felt compelled to empower them to lead with impact while prioritizing their well-being. Thus, I launched a business dedicated to transforming women entrepreneurs' lives. Today, fueled by passion and purpose, my mission remains steadfast: to empower women as invincible leaders. Through my 15 years of experience and 30000 hours research, and over 1000 hours of coaching and training, I strive to ignite a ripple effect of positive change, one empowered woman at a time. For me, success is not confined by bounds; it's about shaping a world where women rise as leaders, and true success knows no limit.
