Aoife is a Personal and Executive Coaching Psychologist with expertise in the areas of habit change, mindset, leadership and technostress. She has over 15 years’ experience working in multinational organisations, such as eBay and Vodafone, in leadership, learning and development and coaching roles. While working for eBay as Coaching Programme Manager, Aoife identified her calling to build her own coaching business. This realisation pushed her to take the leap, pursue her dream in 2019 and set up ‘Donovan Lee.’ Aoife’s mission is to help professional women unlock their limiting beliefs and shift unhealthy mindset patterns to achieve their most aspirational goals. She is a life-long learner, having completed a Masters in Psychology, a BSc in Human Resource Management, a Diploma in Executive Coaching and Diploma in Training and Development. Aoife is always engaged in a course of some sort! She also holds a voluntary position as Programme Director for Coaching at Ozanam House, Community Resource Centre in Dublin City Centre.
