Anu is a Software Delivery Manager with over 15 years of experience in IT. She also works as a professional coach working with women returning to work. She began her career as an Assistant Professor and with her passion for Technology and problem-solving abilities, she moved to the IT industry and worked with multiple organizations from Startups and the public sector to multinational companies. She is extremely passionate about Women in IT, the Impact of Coaching, Diversity and Inclusion in the workplace. She strongly believes in personal development and is currently pursuing her part-time Masters in Technology Management. While doing this, she completed her Advanced Diploma in Personal Leadership and Executive coaching with distinction. She also provides one to one coaching sessions to clients bringing her knowledge to help them achieve their full potential and maximize their performance whether that can be personal or professional. She is so excited to be a mentor and share her knowledge in helping people to achieve their dreams. She believes “Change is always difficult, but it is all worth taking the risk”.
