Andréa is the CEO of Tramato. She was born in Brazil and raised in London. She's bilingual and started working when she was 14 in order to be more independent. She's always had entrepreneurial skills and strives to help others progress in their careers. She did a BA in English as a foreign language and worked as a teacher, trainer and coordinator for about 10 years. Due to her experience as a trainer for teachers, she was offered a position in a Human Resources and outsourcing company. She started off in the sales training area and after 5 years of hard work, she achieved the position of Sales Director. During this period, she managed more than 300 employees in 5 different states in Brazil. When she became pregnant, she decided to leave her job and put corporate life on hold to be a full time mother. However, after going through divorce while her boys were only 8 months old, she decided to go back to work. She wanted to and she needed to. So, she started her own very small business which has grown significantly in the past 8 years. She's currently a mother of 9 year-old twin boys, running her own business and she helps other women to feel confident, heard and to believe in themselves.
