Ally is the owner of Ally Jenkins Coaching. She has 11 years of HR experience within the UK and has worked within extremely regulated industries. Following the birth of her daughter, Ella, and her personal returner journey which led to a different role and no more team leadership responsibility, Ally refreshed her coaching qualification and decided to build her own return to work coaching business designed for working parents alongside her HR career. After working hard to progress and having benefited from a mentor herself, Ally's passion is now firmly all about connecting with and supporting returning parents back to work, to feel confident, at ease and raring to go. Parents shouldn't feel unhappy and unsettled when really what they need is support and a period of calm before they can excel again!
