After 25 years in corporate (both in the UK & SA) as a Business Change / Transformation / Project Manager, she brings a multi-disciplinary approach to her client services. She combines this experience with brain based Emotional Intelligence tools & shows her clients how to strengthen personal awareness to develop essential leadership skills. She’s passionate about enhancing leadership presence at all levels using strategies and core skills that provide insight, feedback and the know-how to motivate self & others. Her client work includes 1-2-1 coaching, mentoring as well as workshop facilitation, keynote speaking, customized training facilitation and Emotional Intelligence assessments; training and services. She’s based in Durban, South Africa but supports her client base globally through online platforms.
