Do I have to pay for this program?

Accepted Answer

Mentors do not have to pay for this program, and get access to all our content including our online workshops and exclusive Mentoring calls for free. 
 
There is a fee of €199 to join as a Mentee which allows us to match you with a handpicked Mentor, provide weekly workbooks for your industry, host networking calls and pay workshop hosts alongside expand our support team behind the scenes.
 
If you can't afford to pay as a Mentee, sign up anyway- about 10 times a program we allocate Mentors to people who we feel could really be helped by Mentors that are not matched for our prioritized Mentees. 
 
If you're a student, you can join our free waitlist in which we will review at the start of the program to see if we have the right Mentor for you.

Is everyone guaranteed a Mentor?

We do our best to match every Mentee with a Mentor, but depending on numbers, sometimes it isn't possible- but this is very rare.  If you do not get a Mentor, we will refund you your fee immediately.

What's the age range for Mentee applications?

Any woman can apply to be a Mentee, as long as they are 18 years or older. You may be a student, fresh out of college, looking for an opportunity to start your career. But we also give women who are older, maybe starting a business or returning to the workforce, an opportunity to apply, too. We believe  that it doesn't matter what age you are, everyone needs help sometimes.

What's the age range for Mentor applications?

Any woman can apply to be a Mentor, as long as they are 18 years or older. Depending on your success so far, you might have a viable business and a lot of things to teach by the time you're 27. Or, you might have 20 years experience in your field and know that you have the ability to share this with your Mentee.

Do the Mentors get paid for this program?

Mentors do not get paid for this program, but they also do not have to pay any application charges. We give Mentors full access to our support material, exclusive Mentor networking calls, access to all online workshops, alongside the opportunity to get your business and career to the next level by leveraging our social media community.

Where is Mentor Her available?

Mentor Her is available around the world. We have women around the world join us from Shanghai to New York- from Eswatini (yes, really) to Japan. Our in-person events are primarily hosted in Dublin (our home) and London, England, alongside New York.

I identify as non-binary, can I apply?

Of course! Mentor Her welcomes any individual who identifies as female/femme/womxn, non-binary, trans, genderqueer, agender, or any combination of the above

What happens if I don't like my Mentee/Mentor?

Accepted Answer

Before our program starts- Mentors first have the opportunity to review their Mentee match before confirming their partcipation. Then, we send a short bio to the Mentee for them to confirm their Mentor match before beginning the program. 
 
We have a 98% effective rate with all Mentee and Mentor partnerships.
 
If either party find in your first or second call that there is no synergy, you have the right to drop out of the program and the other party must delete all contact/personal information. We make this clear at the start of the program that no explanation is needed and the Mentor Her team will take over the dialogue between parties. You can drop out of the program at anytime, but depending on when you drop out- full refund is sometimes not possible for Mentees.
