About Her
Creating the vision, designing the action plans and empowering the inner self is what Fiona does best.
Having worked in corporate construction project management for two decades and running her own PM business, Fiona saw the need for a different approach to business success. This led her to qualify as a Life and Executive coach so that she could combine her project management skills with business coaching.
She is passionate about vision design, creating plans and action steps, managing change & challenges, and all the juiciness that goes with bringing a vision to life.
As a coach, her own experience of personal challenges leading to a journey of mindset work, spirituality, self-leadership, self-love and much more, has deepened her passion for helping others begin their journey of growth.
The combination of these two passions is what her clients get.
Fionas coaching philosophy centers on clarity, confidence, and action and she has been described by her clients as “managerial and motivational meets mindfulness and meaningful”.
Fiona is passionate about helping service-based business women take their business to the next level with ease, providing a confidential, courageous, and secure space for individuals to discover, learn, take decisive action, and revel in their achievements.
Behind the scenes, Fiona is a Mum to three teenagers, wife and a lover of all things nature especially the wild Atlantic way!
