Deirdre’s background is in the Technology Industry working at LinkedIn, IBM and Oracle in a range of senior leadership roles and has spent the last 25 years leading teams and individuals through organisational and transformational change. She is passionate about developing amazing leadership so that leaders feel compelled to create the optimum conditions for people, teams and their organisations to thrive. Her passion is to facilitate her clients in growing and developing their personal capabilities and achieve a greater sense of personal satisfaction and fulfillment in their work and in their life. She draws on her extensive wealth of knowledge and experience from her own career.
