Dudu is a HR professional, having started her career as a graduate trainee in a mining town in Botswana, she's currently a co-founder and Vice President- People at Duhqa Limited in Nairobi, Kenya. Throughout her journey, Dudu has developed a strong interest in helping others identify and build on their unique strengths, talents and contributions. She strongly believes in helping others, especially at the early stages of their careers, finding and removing impediments to high performance, so that they can fully grow into the people they want to be. As a mum of a young boy, she is well aware of the challenges women face in caring for the needs of young children while balancing a demanding career, and is happy to support other women in maintaining balance.
