Sitora's journey commenced in Uzbekistan, where the influence of resilient and empowering women in her family shaped her perspective. Guided by her father's belief that "women rule the world but allow us to believe that this is men's achievement," Sitora made a pivotal decision in 2007 to immigrate to the UK, specifically settling in London. This relocation ushered in a new chapter, providing her with unique opportunities.
Fortunate to secure her dream job in the field of education, Sitora dedicated herself to working with students from diverse backgrounds worldwide. Her passion for enriching their journeys and helping them envision futures beyond their current circumstances became a driving force in her career. Progressing from a Recruitment Advisor to a managerial role, she led teams on a global scale, spreading her expertise and assisting students in choosing the right educational programs to bring them closer to their dreams.
Sitora's commitment to education persists, and she presently holds the position of Vice President of Administration at the University Canada West, based in Canada. In this influential role, she collaborates with students hailing from more than 110 countries, overseeing the administrative unit of the University and contributing to the global impact of education.
