Yvette is an experienced learning and development leader with a demonstrated history of working in the tech, telecom, finance and services industries. She has a strong program and project management background and is skilled in training design and facilitation, operations management, training life cycle management and people management. Yvette currently works on the Employee Development team at Indeed Dublin. Yvette manages a team of senior facilitators that deliver company-wide professional development, blended programs. She is responsible for the project management of global rollouts and facilitates to senior audiences across the business. Additionally, Yvette oversees the training and upskilling of facilitators in line with the latest trends in in-class & virtual program engagement. Prior to Indeed, Yvette worked as the Global Training Lead at Accenture managing a team responsible for identifying and delivering training needs globally & as a Learning Development Specialist at eir Ireland. She is an accredited Insights and Crucial Conversations practitioner. In her spare time, Yvette is involved in amateur musical theatre, and has written several panto scripts as well as directed, in addition to the odd appearance on stage!
