Vicky is the founder and woman behind Pivot Career Coaching. She has over 20 years’ experience in Human Resources, Recruitment and Training. She has extensive knowledge of CV preparation, LinkedIn profiles, supporting clients with interviews and coaching. She loves to work with people to help them leverage their strengths and build their confidence. Vicky is a qualified Life, Business and Executive Coach since 2011 and a qualified trainer. She also holds a Diploma in Social Media Marketing and has been back to study several times as a mature student. She is really interested in the area of work / life balance and supporting returners. She also has a passion for working with creative entrepreneurs who need structure and accountability to move forward with their business. Vicky has worked in different careers internationally across several industries. She has worked full time, part time and has experienced returning to work herself after a break. Through this life experience and her empathetic and supportive coaching approach, she is able to understand and work with her clients without judgement. Vicky is the founder of Pivot Career Coaching, an online coaching and training business which helps people make work, work for them.
