Sue is an Organisational Development Consultant. After a wonderful career in the corporate world, where she was exposed to international teamwork and extensive personal development opportunities, Sue took the plunge in April 2016 and started her own consultancy. During her corporate years, Sue experienced the overwhelming challenge of balancing a demanding job with raising a family. She now knows the joy of finding validation and purpose outside of her job and having balance in her life. She's deeply curious about all forms of personal development and strongly believe in self-awareness being the cornerstone of self-development. Her experience is supported by a Business Management Degree and a number of assessment tool accreditation. She's an emotional intelligence and change management practioner and she brings this knowledge to people when they face their personal development goals. She's inspired by sharing her knowledge and expertise with others on their journey through life.
