Sian's journey has been a long one. She was in senior operations management for over 20 years until deciding to venture out for herself. She started in retail, hospitality, and marketing. She is a serial entrepreneur starting in 2008 with her first spa business. At this time, Sian also started mentoring other businesses in operations and marketing. Starting her first business in a recession taught her so much and when she successfully sold that business in 2013 it was with great pride. Since then, she has run a magazine, opened a chain of Pilates studios, qualified as a life and professional coach, opened an online learning platform, and started the club network for female founders. Spending her time with amazing women and helping them to succeed brings her great satisfaction. Taking all her years of expertise helps her as a mentor having worked in so many varied roles. She is a solution strategist with a love for social media, women's confidence, and resilience at the top of her list.
