Riona is a business coach and entrepreneur. From entrepreneurs to international retailers, Riona has coached brands big and small in the ways that were most meaningful to them. She started her career in Luxury Retail, making her start at Harrods in London on their Graduate Management Programme, an 18 month intensive programme. Within the 18 months, Riona was trained to be a Sales Manager on the shopfloor within the Menswear Division. From there she moved to the Harrods Head Office to manage a team that was responsible for all of the Harrods concessions. During her time in this role, she consulted over 500 brands on refining their customer experiences and maximising sales, and coached the high-performing managers of these luxury fashion and beauty brands. After leaving Harrods, Riona moved to pursue an opportunity at Quintessentially, London’s top Concierge business. Riona ran the Private Servicing team, a team of 50 Lifestyle managers looking after elite and celebrity clients. Riona relocated back to Ireland in 2018 to help run her family business, the College Group, Ireland's largest bio waste management company. Riona heads up the HR function, runs the business operations and also is on their sales team. Riona now works full-time as a business coach and she is also the co-founder of Gulp Coffee a new drive thru coffee business launching in Jan of 2021. (watch this space).
