Oona Herraghty is the owner of Splash Graphics Print & Design & Splash Graphics Wedding Stationery. With nearly 15 years of experience, she has worked in the areas of Graphic Design, Branding, Visual Display and has an excellent knowledge of the Print Industry. Oona has collaborated with many established brands and organisations over the years, as well as many local independent companies and startups, in various categories, from the hospitality and tourism industry to technology, motor, pharmaceutical sectors.

After studying Graphic Design, Oona worked as a Senior Graphic Designer at printing.com, before moving to the Callanan Hotel Group where she became the in house Graphic Designer for their group of Hotels, Bars, Niteclubs and Cafés. In 2008 she set up Splash Graphics Print and Design located in Athlone, Co. Westmeath.

In 2015, noticing a fresh demand for personalized Wedding Stationery, she decided to venture into the world of Weddings with huge success. Over the past few years she has worked on several hundred weddings and has been nominated for several awards for her Stationery Design with the Weddings Online Awards, Mrs2Be Awards, Westmeath Style Awards and in 2019 she won the Stationery Supplier of the Year Award at the Irish Wedding Awards.

More recently with the majority of Weddings postponed, Oona has had to adapt her business to suit these strange times we are currently living in. For this reason she took part in the first Mentor Her course as a Mentee and has since launched a range of Greeting Cards, Christmas Cards and Personalised Framed Prints, with a new brand and Website launching very soon.

Oona says she has gained so much from taking part in this course herself and is excited to share her expertise and design knowledge with her Mentee over the coming weeks.
