Heather is the Manager of Customer Success at Hubspot. She began her career by moving half way across the world to Canada in the midst of the 2009 recession, working there to help Irish companies who wanted to export to Canada. This first experience really encapsulates her career since: ambition, adventure and an unrelenting focus on purpose and customer centricity. Heather got involved in customer success as she loved the connection with people and being able to help individuals and companies be successful in reaching their goals, alongside getting a return on their time and effort.
