Georgina is a Human Resource Business Partner at the FAI (Football Association of Ireland). When she left school in 1997, she didn't know exactly what she wanted to do; she knew she loved people engagement and customer service. It wasn't until 2008, she realised her passion for HR. She completed some certificates and it wasn't until 3 years ago when her daughter was 2 that she decided to complete an Hons Degree in HRM. As an independent parent it wasn't easy, however, she managed to completed the degree and she graduates in November 2021. Georgina has almost 13 years in HR in various industries and managed to climb the ladder from Generalist to Manager in less than 3 years. She is passionate about recruitment, career development and people engagement.
