Fransisca is the Marketing Lead for Fault Fixers; a Tech Startup working to help transform the health and social care industries. She was born and raised in Indonesia and moved to London to pursue a career within a creative industry. She studied photography, initially working as a freelance photographer documenting the fight for women's rights. Fransisca joined her first tech startup as a Junior Marketer working with charities across the UK to support digital fundraising. She has since been the Head of Marketing for a B2C startup and currently the Marketing Lead for B2B startup looking to reduce the carbon footprints of businesses and introduce technology within healthcare industries. She was a judge for the Venus Women in Tech Awards and has successfully mentored a handful of bright, young women interested in marketing and creative fields.
