She founded Pivot Business Coach in March 2020 at the beginning of a global Covid pandemic- she knows what it means to feel a little unsettled and unsure of what the future may hold! Being clear on what she wants to achieve is not uncertain. Fiona's background in commercial finance means she has always been interested in what works, doesn’t work and the why for both. Combining coaching skills with her financial knowhow, she works with you to get clarity on your values, goals & targets and what you need to do to achieve them. This can mean working 1-1 with a client who is reviewing their career options, working with a business looking to scale and grow or a team working through change such as automation processes.
