Elaine has been working as a Marketing manager for the last 15 years, across a variety of sectors including Telecoms, Travel, Finance and Education. She has mentored graduates and others trying to get into Marketing or early in the careers. She has also mentored those in creative professions such as artists, comedians and writers.

Elaine is also an accredited life, career, and relationship coach. She loves helping women who feel stuck or that they aren’t where they thought they would be either in their career or their relationship. She coaches them to take stock of their current reality, make a plan and empowers them to move forward with confidence and reinvent their next chapter.

Elaine also completed a Postgraduate Certificate in Entrepreneurship, Creativity & Innovation in UCD in 2019. This was to help her with her own coaching business but she has since used it to help business owners with their own plans.

Finally, Elaine has been volunteering with Aware for the last 3 years as a supporter in their Life Skills Online programme.

In her spare time, Elaine enjoys running, sea swimming, reading & writing. She has travelled all over the world and is looking forward to exploring some new places in 2023.
