Founding Dublin's first Day Spa, The Buff Day Spa, alongside two business partners in 2002, she introduced a diverse array of beauty and holistic treatments aswell as the use of a Sauna, Tranquility Room, and Relaxation Area. As demand surged, so did the spa's offerings, expanding from six to eleven treatment rooms by 2006.
Through the years, Eileen's vision led her to take the reins of the business solo, steering it towards the medispa market. However, faced with health challenges, Eileen pivoted her focus to implementing robust systems that empowered the business to thrive without her day to day operational involvement.
Today, Eileen oversees a dynamic team of fifteen with precision from her Midlands base, making occasional visits to The Buff Day Spa to ensure its continued success. As the spa celebrates over two decades of excellence, Eileen's passion extends beyond the treatment room. She has embarked on a new chapter as a consultant, specializing in business systemisation and mentoring fellow entrepreneurs.
