Denise is the woman behind Teamworx, a business she set up in 2002. She had always wanted to set up her own business and had a vision to establish a specialist agency in the Retail Sector and provide a superior service in Recruitment.

Over 18 years later, Denise has continued to drive and build the business and also launched a Coaching Division, Executive Solutions and a number of other services.

In 2019, Denise was appointed to the National Recruitment Federation Committee (NRF) and works with industry leaders on supporting and raising standards in the Recruitment Industry throughout Ireland.

Denise is also an accredited coach delivering career coaching, redundancy support and training programmes in a broad range of industries and have developed a number of comprehensive and detailed coaching programmes based on the Innermetrix coaching and psychometric methodologies.

Her signature strength as a coach is the ability to balance her empathetic style with a supportive and performance based focus.
