Ciara is a Career Coach and Trainer with 20 years’ experience in global companies including Google, Fidelity Investments and Microsoft. Ciara, through her company Positive Prospects, helps people be happier at work. Combining her coaching experience and recruitment background, Ciara is uniquely qualified to help people navigate any obstacles which arise when navigating their career. She has helped hundreds of people get their dream job and she understands what a job application needs to stand out in a highly competitive recruitment market. Ciara also has extensive experience in creating and delivering innovative and creative corporate training programmes. In all of her previous roles she was passionate about coaching, wellbeing and education. This steered her towards studying for a coaching qualification in Executive and Personal Coaching with Kingstown College and she is currently pursuing a Masters in Positive Psychology from University of East London. Having seen the benefits of Design Thinking in the tech industry she was also one of the first Coaches in Ireland to be awarded as a Design Your Life Certified Coach.
